Salty Sister Designs
Salty Sisters Designs is a primarily family-run business. Sisters Krystal and Kellie are joined by their Mom to produce the cured fish skin jewelry of Salty Sisters Designs. Additionally, long-time friend of the family Elizabeth, based in Anchorage, is a key part of our company and many others contribute help here and there to keep this boat afloat.
Krystal and Kellie, grew up fishing with their dad on the lakes in Oklahoma and making jewelry with mom at home. During the early years of Salty Sisters Designs, they lived a somewhat nomadic lifestyle—summers in Alaska, winters in Hawaii, and traveling in between.
Upon discovering a passion that would allow them to be mobile, work, and travel, Salty Sisters Designs took a sort of natural progression of what Krystal and Kellie love to do together, fish and create.
